Description of the inert gases and mechanical seal structure:
The special seal structure formed by inert gases and mechanical seal can prevent the outside air from permeating through the inside of the centrifuge and prevent the inside gas from leaking to the outside environment.
Mechanical seal consists of several seal packing ring, which isolates the inflammable and explosive gases inside the centrifuge and the outside air; Injecting the inert gases into the seal packing ring, the gases permeate the inside and outside environment of the centrifuge through the narrow seal gap and the pressure of the inert gases injected is higher than the inside and outside environmental air pressure of the centrifuge (differential pressure of the inert gases injected can be controlled); Therefore, when uninflammable and un-explosive gases (inert gases) are generated within the enclosure of the centrifuge, the explosive gases generated by inflammable and explosive materials can not mix with the oxygen in the air, which ensure safe operation of the centrifuge.
Features:
1. The drum and scroll conveyor are made of stainless steel resisting corrosion.
2. The scroll conveyor was coated with wearable alloy or welded with alloy plate(Optional).
3. Stepless speed regulation for the bowl.
4. Step or stepless speed regulation for scroll's differential speed.
5. Safety protection: Rotation rate detection over, vibration protection, motor overload and overheat protection, protection for scroll when zero differential speed occurs.
6. For the highly sticky materials, it can add the hydraulic differential gear to stabilize
How to work
Once the suspension liquid enters the bowl, the solids settleon the bowl wall under the centrifugal force. The scroll conveys the solids from the separation chamber(cylinder chamber) and discharges them out of the drying chamber(conical chamber). The clarified liquid flows out from the hole. The liquid and solids are separated continuously. The machines are applicable to dewatering, concentration and clarification.
